The concept of commercial insurance
Commercial insurance concept based on the activity of giving a sum
of money in the form of periodic installments or in cash by a number of people
to one company , lemaga , or foundations that provide insurance to compensate
for losses ( dharar ) that hit one of them when the estimated risk actually
occur .
Commercial insurance companies in charge of counting ,mearik
premiums , and pay compensation ( damages ) to customers who guarantee of (
musta'min ) when tejadinya loss / damage . In this case the realization of
profit -oriented enterprises and the development of clients' money .
This commercial insurance contract as contract administration
including financial compensation for speculative and therefore contain elements
that vile manipulation . Because at the time the contract musta'min ( insurance
customers ) do not know exactly how much money will he or will he give take or
receive. Perhaps just recently paid one installments or twice or a disaster so
he immediately got a huge compensation exceeds the premiums he paid to be paid
by the insurance company . But it could be otherwise , customers clients have
never experienced a loss or disaster so that the customer must pay the entire
premium without the slightest profit . In this hadith the prophet through
shahih which expressly prohibit the sale of bear elements of fraud ( ghurur ) .

MURABAHAH
Murabaha is a form of deferred payment sales and purely commercial agreements, although not based on the text of the Qur'an or the Sunnah, but allowed in Islamic law. Islamic banks have used in financing activities murabaha agreement through merchandise, and expand their networks and their usage.[1]
The scholars have agreed that it is permissible trading law (allowed) on the grounds that human beings will not be able to provide for themselves without the help of others.
