Al- Qardh is giving treasure to others that may be refunded
or billed or in other words lend without expecting anything in return. In the
classical figh literature, qardh categorized under contract or mutual aid
tahwawwu not a commersial transaction.
In banking, qardh usually applied in the form of
a. for customers who require funding facility quickly,
while he could not pull funds because for example stored in the form of deposits
b. As for the product accounted for a very small
business or helping social sector. Order to meet the special scheme which al-al
hasan qardh.
Risk in al-qardh comparatively hight because he considered financing
not covered by warranty. Qardh including financing products provided by banks
and bank provisions shall not take any advantage of it and only given at the time of
emergency. Limited bank can only charge the administration of the customer.
Customers only have to pay for prominent debt and this kind of qaradh al-hasan
is basically in a state if the customer is not able to, he does not need to
return it.
For Shariah
