Definition of Fiduciary
The term is derived from the Dutch fiduciary, ie fiducie, whereas in English is called fiduciary transfer of ownership, which means trust. In chapter 1, paragraph (1) of Act 42 of 1999 regarding fiduciary fiduciary sense we've come across, namely:
"Transfer of ownership of an object on the basis of trust with the stipulation that the thing that held ownership rights remain in the control of the owner of that thing."
