seller and the buyer, it is allowed to
be traded at a price hukumna cash or tough,
paid in cash or
a payment, based
on the generality of the argument
about buying and selling bolehnya. "in addition to this fatwa, fatwa
DSN Indonesia has
also decided to bolehnya stock purchase, based on Islamic principles. (DSN-MUI Fatwa No.. 40/DSN-MUI/2003).[2]
