MURABAHAH
Murabaha is a form of deferred payment sales and purely commercial agreements, although not based on the text of the Qur'an or the Sunnah, but allowed in Islamic law. Islamic banks have used in financing activities murabaha agreement through merchandise, and expand their networks and their usage.[1]
The scholars have agreed that it is permissible trading law (allowed) on the grounds that human beings will not be able to provide for themselves without the help of others. However, the help or the property of others who needed it should be replaced with other appropriate items. Turn out to be unlawful if its legal obligation to leave because he was too busy to worship no obligations.[2]
