LEGAL SYSTEM

The legal system according to Sudikno Mertokusumo (1986:31), is the unity of the whole arrangements consisting of parts or elements that are interconnected to each other and are closely interwoven. Thus, to achieve a goal in a unified law, required a synergy between the elements contained in the legal system such as regulatory, judicial, law enforcement and citizen participation. The legal system is not just a collection of legal rules, but each rule were related to one another, and should not be any conflict or contradiction in it.

So in essence, the system including the legal system is an essential kasatuan and is divided into sections, in which each issue or problem finding an answer or solution.
