Grants in etymology, derived from
the Arabic word
which is masdar
وهب
meaning of giving. If a
person gives property
to someone else then
niliknya giver
was donated
hers. While
the terminology, which
is a grant of
property rights by contract
granting one
person to another at a time when he
was still alive
with no expectation
of reward and remuneration.Grant legal basis is
indicated by the
word of God:
وءاتوا
النساء صدقتهن نحلة فان طبن لكم عن شيء منه نفسا فكلوه هنيؤا مريؤا
"Give me my dowry (mahr) to
the woman (who
you marry)
as giving
the full
readiness. Then
if they
submit to you
a portion of the
dowry happily,
then eat
(take) the
provision (as
food) is
bad again
good result
".

and received the
grant.
